Terms of Service

Welcome to Atechabad.com (“Atechabad”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atechabad.com website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, checking the “I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” box, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, including the Contract Act 1872 (Pakistan) where applicable.

2 Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including credentials used via third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, etc.).
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or are used fraudulently.

3 Third-Party Sign-In (Google / Facebook / etc.)

If you register or log in using a third-party identity provider, you authorize us to receive certain profile information (e.g., name, email address, profile photo) from that provider as permitted by your settings with that provider. Your use of third-party sign-in is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy is required regardless of which sign-in method you use.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, including PECA 2016 (as amended);
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written consent;
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice, at our discretion.

5 Content and Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Atechabad or its licensors and protected under Pakistani and international copyright/trademark law.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Takedowns: We respond to valid copyright/IP complaints; please contact us to submit a takedown request.

6 Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• All fees are stated in PKR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed at checkout. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATECHABAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR PKR 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atechabad harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via account settings / support request.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
